Entry-Level Equipment Operator - Beaver Creek. CO

The equipment operator will assist with the maintenance and day-to-day operation of the village area at the Arrowhead area.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • The cleanliness of outdoor areas, trash removal, snow and ice removal, ice rink maintenance, maintaining equipment, and assisting with special events.

  • Responsible for operating the following; tool cat, skid steer, ice resurfacing machine, sweeper, atv's, and other equipment as necessary.

  • Responsible for working in a safe and precise manner while operating equipment and maintaining the village.

  • This position generally has two shifts; days and evenings.


  • Must have current valid driver’s license.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Commitment to safety.

  • Ability to follow oral and written directions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience operating light weight equipment such as skid steer, fork lift, and tool cat.

  • Previous work experience in landscape or grounds maintenance capacity.

  • Working knowledge of and ability to properly use hand tools and power tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivation and ability to work well with others will benefit a person in this position.

  • Must possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
