Lift Operations Supervisor - Full Time, Seasonal - Beaver Creek, CO

The Lift Operations Supervisor will be responsible for the performance of a team of Lift Operators and Leads to provide friendly, courteous and helpful guest service. He or she will be responsible for maintaining guest service standards, compliance with Colorado Passenger Tramway Safety Board (CPTSB), ANSI Standards, USFS Guidelines, and operational efficiency as well as modeling positive guest service at all times. He or she will train and coach team members at assigned lifts and work cooperatively with peers, managers and interdepartmental contacts. Responsibilities also include coaching safety in the workplace and maintaining a clean and neat work station. Supervisors have responsibility for timely completion of training and development documentation for their team, for attending required management skills classes, completing payroll functions, conducting performance reviews, and for being a contributing and accountable member of the management team.


  • HS Diploma or Equivalent - required

  • Valid US Driver's License - required

  • Able to read, write and speak English - required

  • Able to lift 50 lbs. - required

  • Previous supervisory experience - required

  • 3 years minimum lift operations experience - required

  • 1 year of lead/training experience - required

  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong guest service skills - required

  • Able to operate general computer applications, including Microsoft Word , Excel, and People Soft - required

Strong skier/rider and be able to meet physical demands working outdoors - required
