Lift Operations Trainer - Full Time, Winter Seasonal - Beaver Creek, CO

The Lift Operations Specialist will implement the central training program for the Lift Operations department. Provide follow-up training as required by the Colorado Passenger Tramway Safety Board and Beaver Creek Resort policies. Maintain a well-trained and fully staffed department. Conduct training programs for other departments for Kids on Lifts protocols. Other daily operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have three or more years Lift Operations experience - required

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint - required

  • High school diploma or equivalent - required

  • Able to communicate well in English – required

  • Able to ski at a level 7 or above - required

  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs. - required

  • Able to stand for long periods of time - required

  • Able to come in for an in-person interview - required

  • Flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends and holidays - required

  • Able to multi-task and exercise professional telephone etiquette - required

  • Good communication skills and enjoy working with the public - required

Previous hospitality and customer service/serving experience - preferred
