Would you love helping people achieve their experience of a lifetime of working at an iconic mountain resort? We are looking for an amazing Recruiting Team Screener to join Vail Resorts and help us staff high-volume winter positions across all our mountains, hospitality outlets, and retail locations. In this seasonal entry-level position, you will work in Broomfield, Colorado with a great team and engage in a numbers-first approach to improving processes. Working in the Talent Acquisition Group (TAG), you will have the opportunity to develop your skills with comprehensive training and experience excellent career development opportunities.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Is responsible for screening candidates for high-volume positions across the organization

  • Reviews application materials and on-demand Video Interviews for relevant experience and qualifications

  • Facilitates phone interviews, utilizing standard questions

  • Serves as primary point of contact for candidates, and guides them to open positions depending on candidate preference, qualifications, and business needs

  • Utilizes SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain candidate records and data

  • Utilizes ATS reporting to identify required actions to process applicants within set service level agreements with stakeholders

  • May extend offers based upon a candidate’s qualifications in Direct Hire (high volume, low skill) positions across our resorts

  • Engages in process optimization initiatives

  • Responsible for other project-related duties as assigned

JOB REQUIRMENTS:

· HS Diploma or Equivalent

· Computer and Phone Proficiency (MS Office)

· Ability to quickly learn new software systems

· Ability to learn and provide information about all resorts and positions

· Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume work load in a changing environment

· Ability to communicate effectively in English via email and by phone

· Ability to function in a call center/office environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Degree

  • Previous HR experience

  • Ability to understand and analyze data

  • Experience as a guest or within operations of Vail Resorts Properties

  • Bilingual in Spanish
