Essential Job Responsibilities:
Manage team – of project managers, designers, videographers and freelance copywriters – that is responsible for producing content across multiple channels, LOBs, departments and stakeholders (marketing, Communications, HR, the executive team, etc.)
Engage third-party agency(ies) to evolve the epic brand (including tone, personality, design, messaging) so that it reflects the enterprise as a whole, and not just the products it sells
Manage internal team and third-party agencies to develop creative that is unique, effective, on-brand and on-strategy
Oversee the execution of brand guidelines and toolkits for enterprise-wise initiatives and campaigns (i.e., Pass Sales, Destination Marketing, Snow.com, Epic Discovery, EpicMix, Project Zero, etc.)
Develop and communicate creative strategies and solutions that can support comprehensive, integrated marketing campaigns; are scalable to the needs of the business; and can be leveraged across VR’s portfolio
Set the bar for VR’s branded content by defining creative standards/best practices across the organization
Support internal teams across the company to elevate brand awareness and perception through strategic content initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism or related field
Successful track record of elevating brand perception and awareness through strategic and creative content initiatives
Highly strategic approach to conceptualizing, communicating and executing content throughout the customer’s journey
Understanding of how content engages and guests (especially destination travelers) and influences their behavior
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex cross-functional and/or cross-departmental projects
Experience managing a network of creative agencies and freelance/contract relationships
Experience in storytelling and creative content development across multiple marketing platforms
Ability to influence others outside direct line of management
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment within a dynamic organization.

A strong preference will be given to candidates with superb writing and editing skills
A strong preference will be given to candidates with solid budget- and project-management skills
Experience with content analytics and measuring relevant KPIs a plus
