Our Lifetime Pass Office Administration will primarily be responsible for daily operations and providing a high level of guest service to our Homeowners, Lifetime Pass holders, and private ski groups at our Arapahoe Lodge Season Pass Office. Job duties of this position include:

  • This position will work primarily in the Arapahoe Lodge Pass Office at Keystone Resort.

  • Deliver outstanding guest service.

  • Fulfill group sales orders efficiently and in a timely manner, with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Fulfill Lifetime passes, ensuring that correct liability forms are properly completed and stored.

  • Interact with homeowners and issue Legendary Lodging discount cards to qualifying owners.

  • Ability to learn, understand and effectively communicate to guest about multiple product types and pair guest with best product fit.

  • Maintain adequate window closing supplies, adhere to company policies and procedures, be willing to work in any ticket/season pass office where it may be warranted and possess working knowledge of a POS System.

  • Resolve guest ticket issues, perform refunds, and when appropriate, handle guest concerns and suggestions.

  • Assist with the training of new PSS Agents at sales location.

  • Ability to provide sellers with on-going support and training regarding proper closing procedures, including required documentation and backup for closing reports.

  • Review daily reports for accuracy and proper documentation backup as well as being responsible for daily deposits and bank drops according to policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with SOX regulations as well as Vail Resort’s internal audit policies.

  • Lifetime Pass Administrator will also be responsible for opening and closing Arapahoe Lodge Pass Office sales location and office in an efficient manner.


  • High school education or equivalent

  • Computer skills

  • Must have ability to communicate fluently (written and oral) in English

  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, etc

  • Cash handling experience

  • Excellent guest service

  • High attention to detail

  • RPOS experience - Preferred

  • Experience in a guest service field - Preferred
