The Administrative Assistant to the Engineering Department is responsible for answering telephones and taking requests for maintenance and repair of all company properties and equipment, and is expected to coordinate with the maintenance department supervisory staff to establishing priorities for work requests.

The “must haves” for this position include:

  • High-school diploma, or equivalent

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role

  • Proficient and knowledgeable of all Microsoft platforms, most notably Word and Excel

  • The ability to type at least 45 words per minute

We prefer that you have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

  • Courteous phone etiquette, with a guest service-driven mindset
