The Vault Cashier Lead is responsible for overseeing the management of the recording, receiving, distributing and auditing of operational cash, daily deposits and statistics for Jackson Lake Lodge, Colter Bay Village, Jenny Lake Lodge, Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Club, and Flagg Ranch Resort, while additionally processing change requests, as needed. The Vault Lead is additionally expected to assist in the training of vault cashier and be first line of communication on matters pertaining to company cash handling processes and procedures.

The “must haves” for this position include:

  • Working knowledge of Excel and strong computer skills.

  • Prior cash handling experience, preferably teller or bank employment

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • Proficient experience with a Ten-key pad

  • Previous professional accounting experience

This position works a 44 hour work week, May through mid-October.
