The Private Lesson Administrator (PLA) will oversee the scheduling of all private lessons and help with internal bookings. Will work with different management teams to ensure the highest level of quality in regards to private lessons and overall ski and snowboard school experience by matching guests’ needs to instructor qualities, greeting/informing guests, guest recovery, and accommodating special requests when appropriate. Work directly with the adult and children’s ski and snowboard team, product sales team and resort management teams to provide tools, training, and tactics to ensure the quality of products and services for our guests.

Extensive knowledge of the instructor scheduling/messaging system to ensure instructors are adequately prepared for their private lessons. (Will train on the job)
Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to monitor and guide several groups of people, simultaneously.
Good knowledge of Window’s based programs including but not limited to: Word, Excel, creating data reports.
Background in using RPOS or equivalent POS system. (preferred)
Ability to speak, read, write and communicate clearly in English.
Flexible schedule, exceptional time management and attention to detail and follow through.
High level of interpersonal communication and a focus on customer service.
Able to work weekends and holidays throughout the season.
