Lead Uniform Coordinator - Full Time – Year Round - Vail, CO

Summary of Job:

The Vail Uniform Lead oversees a uniform distribution center to outfit our employees in the appropriate garments for their roles. This is done with an emphasis on high levels of customer service and by collaborating with department contacts, other uniform operations and the uniform leadership team to positive outcomes. Promote and environment which reflects Vail’s Mission our Company’s Values, Guest Service Standards and Safety Culture.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Responsible for the direct oversight of the uniform distribution center and crew of up to six employees.

  • Provide outstanding guest service.

  • Collaborate with Eagle County Team Lead to staff appropriately

  • Responsible for inventory management, distribution, receiving, and reporting.

  • Enforce company and departmental policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with department contacts for uniform services

  • Lead and prioritize the uniform crew in tasks.

  • Ensure quality results of our daily maintenance tasks, operational duties, and special projects.

  • Promote a safe and positive work environment for employees.

  • Responsible for keeping a clean and organized work environment.

  • Train teams to be able to confidently and safely perform their job duties.

  • Carry out performance management for all team members in the department

  • Responsible for learning the Uniform Manager program to ensure proper inventory.

  • Must have the ability to self-motivate, work unsupervised, and keep busy on projects.

  • In house laundry

  • All other tasks as assigned.


  • High School Diploma or GED - required.

  • Fluent English written and verbal - required.

  • Valid Driver's License - required.

  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs - required.

  • Basic Computer Skills including MS Office and Web Browsing - required.

  • College Degree - preferred.

  • RPOS experience - preferred.

  • Excellent Guest Service skills – required
