Position Summary: Assist in the administration and supervision of the Pass and Card programs. The Pass Administration department oversees Passes – including Spirit Passes, Comp, Transferable and Student Passes (amongst others). We act as an internal support for RPOS users, identifying and troubleshooting issues. A significant part of your role you will be receiving calls from our external and internal guests. This position will provide additional support to Call Center Assistant Manager with weekly reporting, staff training and overseeing daily departmental operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • To continually strive to exceed our Guests’ expectations and to create memories for guests and staff as the best mountain experience again and again

  • Staff Training – sales system and product knowledge

  • To provide helpdesk support to all RPOS users: HR, PSS, Audit, as well as Directors and Managers across the company.

  • Conflict Resolution and Service Recovery when necessary

  • Coordinate filing of confidential and sensitive information

  • Assist with management of all Pass and Card Programs

  • Weekly reporting to Call Center Assistant Manager.

  • System reporting and trouble shooting

  • To communicate all information and procedural changes to the front-line by email, phone and using our Intranet

  • Updating training manuals and training of new Pass Admin staff.

  • Update policies and procedures for Pass and Card products and communicate to frontline.

  • To assist in meeting the departmental objectives

  • Support division by performing other duties as outlined by a PSS host, Reservations Centre host, Ticket Host, or Validation host

  • Always show up on time, in uniform, and adhere to the grooming policy!


  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and Outlook.

  • Previous experience with Problem Solving and/or Customer Collections an asset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

  • Previous work in busy office environment essential.

  • Team-oriented and adaptable to change.

  • Minimum 40 words per minute typing.

  • Previous experience in Guest Services/Ski School Sales/Reservations Centre an asset.

  • Must be available to work 5 x 8 hour shifts.

  • Must be available to work year round.

  • RPOS experience an asset

  • Proof of clear criminal record check.
